General TermsGuests cannot use the hostel for any commercial purposes;
We are not responsible for any bodily harm, theft, loss or damage to any personal effects; Guests will be expected to reimburse the property for any damages caused by inappropriate behaviour that will result in eviction from the premises with no refund; The property does not accept bookings for guests under 18, except if followed by an adult; There is no age limit; To book a bed for infants it must be requested by email previously and it may be not accepted; For security reasons, some common areas are under video surveillance; The management and staff reserve the right to refuse accommodation to anyone. |
Check-inCheck in is between 3pm and 11pm. The guest must always inform the hostel in case of late check in, which is subject to availability and may have an additional 10€ fee;
Valid identification is a requirement (passport, photo ID and/or Driver’s Licence); To extend reservations, the room/dorm bed must be paid by 11am. Over holding is not accepted. |
Check-outCheck out is until 11am;
The guests are not allowed to stay in the property or use any of its services or areas after check-out time, otherwise a fee may be applied (5€). |
Cancellation and no-shows policyAny cancellation must be communicated by email within 48 hours previous to arrival or accordingly to the cancellation policy of the agency. Later cancellations or no-shows, give the property the possibility to charge 100% of the first night, no refundable;
Bookings with more than 1 night, if the guest doesn't show up on the first night, without previous notice within the last 24 hours, the property can cancel the full booking. We might be able to provide a private room/bed but we can't ensure that the guest will have the same type of room and price specified while booking. |
General BookingsA booking for more than 10 persons is considered a group booking. To see if you can book a group you can send an email to bookings@well-come.pt.

Alcohol and DrugsIs not permitted to smoke inside the building;
Consuming drugs is strictly prohibited; Management may allow guests to consume their own alcohol on common areas only and also has the right to refuse that at any time; Any guest that does not follow the rules will have to leave the property. |
