What safekeeping facilities are provided?
Lockers are provided inside the shared rooms (dorms) under a 5EUR deposit, refundable at the check-out. We recommend that all guests in the dorms avail of this facility as the property cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen. The private rooms have no lockers as the guest has his own keys.
Are left-luggage facilities provided?
Yes, we do have a storage room. The guests can leave their luggage until 3pm for free. After 3pm and until 11pm there is a charge of 5EUR..
Can we book the entire property?
Yes, it’s possible to book the whole house just for you. Please check rates and availability by sending an email to email@example.com.
Do you allow children in your properties?
In order to provide comfort and keep the atmosphere that you expect to find in a hostel, we cannot accept children, even if they are with adults. Children are welcome in any of the other properties we own.
Do the properties have a curfew or a lockout time during the day?
No, there is no curfew. We lock our doors at 11pm so if you are out, make sure you have your key with you (in dorms there is a 5EUR refundable deposit for each key). Usually there is no lockout time during the day but if it is necessary to do a deep clean, we will inform all guests to not use that specific area for some period of time.
What happens if I lose my key?
In case you lost your key, contact reception immediately so you can get a new one. The 5EUR deposit will not be returned as it will cover the expenses of getting a new key and locker.
Are there dorms for female/male only?
No, all our dorms are mixed. But we can always find a good solution if you have some booking specifications, just ask us!
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, credit cards (Mastercard and Visa) and debit cards.
Do you have any discounts or special rates for groups?
Bookings with more than 10 persons, at certain times, can benefit from special rates. We advise groups to contact us directly in order to get the best option available to them at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are there any discounts or special rates for bookings in general?
We can do special prices for long stayers and also, occasionally, discounts or last minute offers.
I’m doing the Camino de Santiago, is there a special rate if I stay in one of the properties?
Yes, if you have a credential and you booked directly with us, we offer you 15% discount in any of the properties, no matter which kind of room you choose.
Is Wifi / Internet available in the properties?
Yes, wifi is available throughout the properties, free of charge.
Do you have plug adaptors available?
Yes, just ask at reception and you may be asked to leave your ID as deposit.
How does the laundry service works?
You must leave your laundry in a bag at reception and our staff will take care of it (5EUR charge, wash only). In 24h (maximum) we will deliver it at reception.
How does the shared kitchen works? Do you have breakfast included?
All guests can use the kitchen to prepare their own meals. We encourage the guests to buy their groceries and cook together. We have cooking utensils and appliances for all. To keep the hostel’s spirit of sharing and also our low rates, we do not serve breakfast.
Is there parking facilities?
None of the houses has a private parking lot. At the guesthouses the street is free parking. At the hostel, you can park for free on the street during the night and during the weekend (check always the exact periods of free parking!). During the day it has a cost of 8EUR (whole day)
Do you organize tours? Where should I sign up for it?
We organize tours during summer season and you must get all the information at reception. During low season there is nothing schedule but if we know that something interesting is going on, we can spontaneously organize a trip.
How long can I stay in the properties?
We have a 15-night policy which means that you may stay no longer than 15 nights in any calendar year at the hostel or the guesthouses.
How does the airport pick up/drop off service works?
If you want us to pick you/drop you off at the airport, please send us an email to email@example.com with the following details: booking name, flight number and arrival time. We will check the availability and write back to you with the meeting point. For this service we charge 10EUR.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Despite the love we have for animals, we cannot allow them to stay with us (yet!)
